I coach and educate people to build and maintain the foundations of health to facilitate optimal performance.
The definition of 'performance' is different for each person - it could reflect athletic, aesthetic, professional or personal goals.
Information is limited unless you can apply and adjust it. My aim is to help you build the skills you need to listen and respond to your body, so that you can confidently nourish it to attain and maintain your goals.

My role is to help you to navigate the many variables of your health and performance. This includes uncovering missing or neglected pieces and managing any gaps and ripple effects.

FOOD GUIDANCE AND ADJUSTMENTS
Guidance on food choices, meal frequency and timing, eating around training and recipe suggestions (adjusted based on your results and periodised to complement each training phase and reflect any change in goals).
RESOURCES AND RECIPES LIBRARY
Access to clear and simplified resources and infographics on topics tailored to your coaching.
COLLABORATIVE DATA TRACKING
We will use a detailed online check in spreadsheet to monitor and assess patterns and progress. I will review your comments and add notes and suggestions (fortnightly).
BODY COMPOSITION METRICS
Multiple tools are used to collect data on body composition based on your goals. Online and in person clients will have access to a dedicated, secure Dropbox folder to track body weight, circumference metrics and progress photos.

In person or online. A series of consultations scheduled to complement each phase of your coaching. Consultations offer additional support and opportunities to delve into the details, trouble shoot challenges, adjust strategies and accelerate progress.

Ideal for the quick queries and clarifications that arise day to day, outside of your fortnightly check in.
Playing the long game
Change and results in your health and performance takes time, patience and collaboration. It requires engaged coaching and your participation to monitor metrics, adjust programming, optimise foundations and build to a fine tuning and peaking phase.
My coaching packages have a minimum duration of 20 weeks. A minimum period is not only essential to your results, it is also necessary to enable you to build your skill set and understanding of the reasons behind your programming so that you can lead and sustain it. If you're after a coach that takes your money for a rapid, rigid and health neglecting transformation, that's not me.
